Breast Reconstruction | Case 18625

45 year old female with a history of left breast cancer. Pre op bra size: 38B. She had a bilateral mastectomy with tissue expander and alloderm placement . At the 2nd stage of reconstruction, she had bilateral tissue expanders removed with permanent implant placement and fat grafting. 430cc Ultra High Silicone Implants were placed. She did not have nipple reconstruction done due to radiation therapy. 3D tattooing was done at an outside facility.
