Covenant Women's & Children's Hospital- Privileges

The Covenant Women’s & Children’s Hospital is Lubbock’s first family care facility with care and services specific to pediatrics and women, which helps Dr. Schmid and Dr. Mooty when caring for their patients. The Covenant Women’s & Children’s Hospital includes over 400 pediatric health professionals in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Pediatric Emergency Department, Pediatric Trauma, Pediatric Medical/Surgical Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Isom Heart Center for Children. Women’s Services is dedicated to medical care during labor and delivery. The Covenant Women’s & Children’s Hospital also includes the Ronald McDonald Family Room and the Margaret Talkington Prayer Garden.
